Prim & Finish Linitop is a transparent microporous impregnating stain for exterior wood of variable dimensions.
Adapts perfectly to dimensional variations of the wood and limits the rise of tannins.

Properties :

• Multifunction system for optimal protection:
  • Very penetrating long-lasting protection
  • Impregnation undercoat to promote adhesion of LINITOP CLASSIC and LINITOP SOLID stains.
  • Tinted base before application of a varnish such as LINITOP YACHT VERNIS or LINITOP VERNIS .
• Has an antifungal dry film protection agent.

Destinations:

Special: cladding, chalets, doors, frames, fences, balustrades... Excluding Red Cedar and Iroko.

Manual :

1. When applying, think carefully about the grooves and ends.
   It is advisable to work from top to bottom.
2. Always finish at the level of a blade or a natural break such as a door or window.

Primary use:

1. Apply a coat of PRIM & FINISH.
2. Application with a roller (microfiber or special acrylic <12 mm preferably) apply in the natural direction of the support (direction of the wood fibers, etc.).
3. After complete drying (24 hours), on dimensionally stable wood and for a durable finish, finish with 2 coats of LINITOP CLASSIC , or LINITOP SOLID .
4. The last two layers will be tinted* outdoors.

3-layer protection system:

1. Always plan for the quantity needed to be sure to complete the work.
2. On a prepared surface, apply 3 coats
3. Application with a roller (microfiber or special acrylic <12 mm preferably) apply in the natural direction of the support (direction of the wood fibers, etc.).
4. Do not overload.
5. Wait 24 hours between coats.
6. In the case of spray application, provide smoothing to avoid any possible dripping and promote penetration of the product.
