Kronnix gel fast - Special gel to eliminate oxidation - Zep Industries

Special gel for direct use to remove oxidation and black deposits and stains caused by welding of stainless steel which does not contain chloride, produces minimal fumes.
High viscosity, does not flow, even when applied on vertical support.

Properties :

• Superior efficiency and high viscosity, also suitable for vertical supports, does not contain chloride, produces minimal vapors.
• Intended only for use on solder joints and not on adjacent surfaces where it could cause damage.
  Recommended for preventive maintenance of stainless steel.
  Strong acid with oxidizing power, it is therefore recommended to handle this product with maximum care.
• Eliminates thermal oxides and black spots on the weld, leaves the weld clean and shiny.

Manual :

1. Apply the product to the weld using a brush.
2. Leave to act for 10 to 30 minutes depending on the type of welding.
   In case of arc welding, sometimes it takes longer, or it is better to apply the product twice.
3. Then wipe off the excess using a cloth or sponge and rinse.
   Average consumption: approximately 300 – 450 g/m2 surface
