Tec7 Roof is a repair paste based on bitumen , reinforced with fibers , flexible for 20 years.

Characteristics :

• The ultimate repair for all roofs – flexible for 20 years.
• Immediate waterproofing and permanent repair at temperatures from -12°C to +50°C, on dry or wet surfaces, without being dissolved or washed.
• With butyl rubber for its longevity, bitumen for its waterproofing and fibers for its strength.
• Also on wet surfaces

Application areas :

1. Repairs of flat roofs and a slope covered with a bituminous covering.
2. Ensures the waterproofing of chimneys, gutters, roof edges, finishing profiles, roof cutouts.
3. Seals wall formations, flat and sloping roofs, domes, terraces and balconies.
4. Used as a cold glue to bond bituminous coverings (roofing, shingles, corrugated sheets).
5. Fixing lead mud flaps.
6. Immediate sealing of roof leaks (wet support).

• Base: butyl rubber, bitumen and fiberglass.
• Flash point: 38°C (minimum).
• Modified asphalt content: 50%.
• Solid components: 70%.
• Tensile Strength (Dry Film): 200 PSI.
• Elasticity at breaking point: 150%.
• Temperature resistance: -40°C to +82°C.
• UV resistance: very good.
• Climatic resistance: good.
• Water resistance with sufficient flow: very good.
• Application temperature: -12°C to +50°C.
• Do not apply in snowy or icy weather!
• Shelf life: 24 months, in original packaging, dry, cool and protected from frost.

310 ml cartridge, 1 kg box, 5 kg box and 10 kg can.
