Instructions for use and maintenance:

• Disassembly / assembly:
  Start by removing the used cassette from the 7711 squeegee, following the direction indicated by the manufacturer.
  Clean the contact points before installing the new 7731 cassette (avoid residue or dirt).
  Lock the cassette in place until it clicks securely.
• Cleaning:
  Rinse with clean water immediately after use to avoid residue buildup.
  Use solvents or detergents authorized in the food industry.
  If autoclavable version: carry out the cycle at 121°C if the equipment allows it.
• Replacement :
  Monitor blade wear or the appearance of cracks or deformations.
  Replace as soon as scraping efficiency decreases to maintain optimum quality.

• Is this cassette compatible with all Vikan squeegees?
  No, it is designed specifically for the 7711 series (250 mm) dual-blade squeegees. It will not fit single-blade models or other lengths.
• How to disassemble/replace the cassette?
  The cassette is mounted so that it can be removed by hand without tools. Simply clip it on/off according to the 7711 squeegee model. Once removed, you can easily replace or clean it.
• At what temperature can it be cleaned?
  It supports autoclave cleaning up to ~121°C. For dishwashers, the limit is around 93°C according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
