Tub, sink and drain brush compatible with all Vikan handles . Not as heat resistant as the 7037 x.

Precautions & recommendations for use:

• Do not use it at temperatures above 85°C for cleaning (in a dishwasher) to avoid premature degradation.
• For high temperature cycles, the 7037x version (harder fibers / high heat resistance) is more suitable.
• After use, rinse thoroughly and allow to dry in a dry environment to preserve the fibers. Do not store below 0°C.
• Regular inspections: replace the brush as soon as the fibers are worn or deformed to ensure effective cleaning.

1. Is this brush suitable for food contact?
   Yes - it complies with EU Regulation 1935/2004 on materials coming into contact with foodstuffs, and is FDA approved (CFR 21).
2. Up to what temperature can the brush be washed?
   It can be cleaned in a dishwasher up to 85°C.
3. Is this version resistant to high temperatures?
   It supports a maximum use of 60°C without food contact. However, it is not as suitable for high temperatures as the 7037x version (“high thermal resistance” version).
4. Will any Vikan handle fit?
   Yes, this brush fits standard threaded Vikan handles. However, please ensure you use a compatible handle (same diameter/thread).
5. Why is the brush available in multiple colors?
   To allow visual separation according to areas or uses (HACCP color coding principle). This helps to avoid cross-contamination.
6. What is the head diameter (width)?
   The brush is approximately 130 mm wide.
7. What is the estimated lifespan or how do I maintain the brush?
   Lifespan depends on frequency of use, type of chemicals used, and cleaning after use. To maximize longevity, rinse thoroughly, dry, and avoid prolonged extreme temperatures.
8. Can it be used for aggressive liquids (acidic or alkaline)?
   Yes, within the pH range of 2 to 10.5 indicated for its normal use.
