Easyjoint - Jointing Mortar for Pavements and Clinkers - Knauf

Knauf Easyjoint is a dry , mineral mortar, prepared in the factory.
It is hydraulic hardening and contains resin .

• Material based on special cements , fillers and selected additives as well as additives to improve the properties of implementation and mechanical resistance.
• Low in chromate.

Application domain :

Filling and bonding mortar for grouting old and new paving stones.

Remarks :

• Protect fresh joints from over-drying, drafts, direct sunlight, driving rain and frost during setting.
• The technical data concerning the maturation time, the implementation time, the period of practicability and final loading and resistance apply for temperatures of + 20°c. and a relative air humidity of 50%.
• Different humidity levels in the substrate can cause color nuances in the sealing mortar, even when dry.
  We can in no way be held responsible for this type of discoloration or nuances in the joints made.
• Depending on the type of pavers, a veil of cement may remain after grouting.
• Be sure to follow the recommendations of the pavers manufacturers. It is always useful to carry out a preliminary test.
• Before using the product, check the shade reference indicated on the bag.
• In order to avoid color differences, it is recommended to place a single order for the entire project in order to achieve the whole

Consumption :

The values below are average reference values and are based on user experience. 1 bag of 25 kg mixed with 5 liters of water gives approx. 12.5 liters of wet mortar.
