Knauf Déco joint plus one is a one -component jointing mortar based on synthetic resin .

• It comes in hermetically sealed buckets.
• This grouting mortar is permeable to water.
• Do not mix the product with other substances.

Application domain :

Knauf Déco joint plus one is used for draining jointing of old or new outdoor pavements in natural stone, concrete pavers or clinkers.

Particularly suitable for areas subject to occasional vehicle traffic, such as driveways, decorative plazas, sidewalks, private car parks, etc.
Not suitable for surfaces subject to regular road traffic or areas exposed to regular splashes of water (eg around swimming pools, near a fountain, etc.).

Remarks :

1. The surface is accessible to pedestrians after approx. 24 hours (at +20°C).
   Final loading of the pavement after 7 days min. (at +20°C), protect the surface from freezing during this time.
2. To apply the product, the ambient and surface temperature must be between +5°C and +30°C.
3. Check the compatibility of the material with pavers whose surface has been treated, with light-colored pavers or artificial stones (cement-based or synthetic material).
4. Do not apply too large surfaces at a time.
5. In order to avoid color differences, it is recommended to place a single order for the entire project so as to make all the joints with material from one and the same production.
6. Always carry out a test beforehand on a small and inconspicuous surface.
7. Protect the product during setting from direct sunlight, drafts, frost and excessively high (> +30°C) or too low (< +5°C) temperatures from excessively rapid drying and frost .
8. In the case of chamfered joints, fill the joint only to the base of the chamfer.
9. Clean tools, containers, etc. immediately with water. In the solid state, only mechanical cleaning is possible.
10. The technical data applies at a temperature of +20°C and a relative air humidity of 50%.
    Lower temperatures increase the indicated values, higher temperatures decrease them.

The table below is based on a joint depth of 3 cm.
