Super Tile Adhesive is an aqueous dispersion adhesive based on acrylic resins, mineral fillers with controlled grain sizes and special additives.

• Ready to use, it comes in the form of a creamy paste, easy to apply with a particularly long open time.

Application domain :

• Super Tile Adhesive allows thin-bed bonding of ceramic, natural stone and marble tiles (not subject to deformation or staining by water absorption) on floors and walls indoors, on walls only outdoors .
• The resistance to water is sufficient to allow its application on walls in showers and bathrooms for private use.
• However, in this case, we recommend the use of cement-based adhesive mortars.
• Super Tile Glue also allows the gluing of tiles (small format) on stable and water-resistant wooden supports (example: marine chipboard, etc.).
• Wooden panels must be properly fixed. Can also be used under certain conditions on screed with underfloor heating.

Properties and advantages:

Knauf Ready-to-use Tile Adhesive for interior walls is a dispersion (D), ready-to-use, improved (2), slip-resistant (T) adhesive with an extended open time (E). It is therefore part of the D2TE class according to the EN 12004 standard.
Once laid, the tiles adhere immediately without slipping. The setting of the glue is done by evaporation of the water it contains.

Remarks :

Low temperatures, low absorption of the support and the installation material can considerably increase the setting and hardening times of the adhesive.

Before using the product, check that it is suitable for the intended use within the framework of the standards in force.
Super Tile Adhesive will not be used:

• on substrates that are wet or subject to rising damp;
• in continuous immersion: basins, swimming pools;
• on metal supports;
• for laying non-absorbent tiles on non-absorbent substrates;
• for laying moisture-sensitive natural stones.
