Ceramikapro C2TE - Tile adhesive - Knauf

Special mortar based on cement , mineral aggregates and special aggregates to improve its mechanical properties

• This adhesive mortar is hydraulic hardening and classified C2TE according to the EN 12004 standard.
• This means that it is a cementitious (C), improved (2), non-slip (T) and extended open time (E) adhesive mortar.

Application domain :

• Powder adhesive for thin to medium bed bonding of ceramic tiles (≤ 60 x 60 cm) of all types on floors and walls, indoors and outdoors.
• Suitable for most private premises, dry or damp.
• Can be applied in thickness up to max. 10mm.
• Also suitable, under certain conditions, for laying tiles on terraces, balconies, including on old tiles (max. 30x30 cm), provided that the latter is stable, clean and perfectly adherent to the support.
• In the presence of underfloor heating, be sure to follow the heating start-up protocol.

Remarks :

Knauf CeramikaPRO C2TE glue should not be used in the following cases:

• For laying very large tiles (> 60 x 60 cm).
• For laying tiles subject to heavy loads.
• On concrete and precast concrete structures
• In walls or floors subject to strong movements or vibrations (wood, fiber cement etc.)
• On metal supports
• For installation requiring an adhesive thickness greater than 10 mm
• Stored dry and in its original packaging, the quality of the material remains constant for max. 12 months.

Consumption :

The final consumption is always dependent on the nature of the tiling, the type of support and the comb used.

Conditioning :

• 25 kg bags: Gray and white colors
