Applications:

Shake well before use! Apply a thin, even coat of HMK® P330 with a soft brush or short-pile roller. Leave for at least 6 to 8 hours, remove excess product by hand with a cloth or paper towel, and clean with HMK® R155 Acid-Free Floor Cleaner (approx. 50 ml per 10 liters of water). For particularly absorbent floors, several applications may be necessary, respecting the drying time intervals between coats.

Features :

Special natural oils enhance and care for the color and texture of the surface, reducing water and dirt penetration. They provide a water-repellent and dirt-resistant effect, even on porous surfaces, making them easier to clean. The residue is biodegradable and harmless to health.

Consumption :

Approx. 5 to 15 m²/litre depending on the material and surface structure.

FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

1. Does the HMK P330 darken terracotta?
   Yes, slightly. Like any nourishing oil, it enhances the color, but the effect remains natural. A preliminary test is recommended.
2. Can you walk on the ground immediately after application?
   You must wait a minimum of 6 to 12 hours before light traffic, and 24 hours for normal use.
3. Is it mandatory to apply a finish after P330?
   No, P330 can be used alone, but for enhanced protection, a topcoat (P335, P329…) is recommended.
4. Does the product protect against grease stains?
   Yes, it significantly reduces the absorption of grease and liquids. For maximum protection, add a water/oil repellent.
5. Can it be used on glazed terracotta?
   No, the P330 is intended for porous substrates only.
6. What is the average consumption?
   Between 50 and 150 ml/m² depending on the porosity (old terracotta tiles = more absorbent).
7. Can it be used on a concrete slab?
   No, unless it is very absorbent and the desired effect is decorative. That is not its primary use.
8. Is the product compatible with underfloor heating?
   Yes, but it is advisable to turn off the heating 24 hours before application and 48 hours after.
9. How long does the treatment last?
   In normal indoor use, 2 to 4 years before partial renewal.
