Sika Repair CR-F - Fibre-reinforced repair concrete - Sika

Sika Repair CR-F is a cement -based dry mortar for the partial repair of highly stressed concrete surfaces that must be made trafficable very quickly.

Sika Repair CR-F is especially suitable for repairing damaged edges.

Application

1. It is recommended to use a mixer or a mixing propeller with sufficient power.
2. Use only full bags.
3. Do not mix more than can be applied within the working life.
4. It is advisable to first pour the water into the mixer to ensure a homogeneous mixture.
5. After adding the water, mixing must be carried out for at least 3 minutes.
6. An important factor regarding the application time is the temperature of the wetted concrete which must be from +15°C to +25°C for ± 20 minutes.
7. In case of different temperature, the following conditions are recommended:
   Store the product in premises at room temperature and/or
   Temper the mixing water.
8. The application and compaction of the product are carried out according to conventional methods.
9. Immediately trowel the applied and compacted concrete.
