Sika MonoTop-412 Eco - Fiber mortar for structural repairs - Sika

Sika MonoTop®-412 Eco is a structural repair mortar, monocompounding, low-removal and reinforced fiber containing recycled materials to reduce the carbon footprint. This mortar is compliant with the R4 class following EN 1504-3.

Application areas

• Suitable for concrete repair (Principle 3, en 1504-9 method 3.1 and 3.3). Repair of delaminated and damaged concrete of buildings, bridges, infrastructure and superstructure works.
• Suitable for structural reinforcement (Principle 4, EN 1504-9 method 4.4). Increased carrying capacity of the concrete structure by adding mortar.
• Suitable for the preservation and restoration of passivity (Principle 7, methods 7.1 and 7.2 of EN 1504-9). Increased overlay by adding mortar and replacing contaminated or carbonate concrete.
• Application tested under active dynamic load.
