SikaTop-111 - Waterproof and anti-wear self-levelling mortar - Sika

High performance pre-dosed hydraulic mortar for new work and repairs in the ground , and for casing.

Pre-dosed micro-mortar comprising:

• component A (emulsion resin)
• component B (cement and special fillers)

After mixing, a gray colored mortar is obtained.

Features

Application domain

SikaTop-111 is used as a waterproofing coating to seal concrete slabs in structures such as:

• Buried premises (casing).
• Reservoirs, basins, …
• Skating rinks.
• Cold rooms.

Application

1. The support must be clean, healthy and free of non-adherent parts.
   In particular, it must be free of traces of oil, grease, laitance, curing product, old coatings and any substance likely to affect the adhesion of the mortar.
2. The day before the implementation, moisten the support to refusal.
3. At the time of application it will be moistened again.
4. However, ensure that it is not dripping and free of any film or puddle of water on the surface.
5. Pour all of component A (emulsion resin) into a clean, wide-mouth container (bucket, full-mouth canister).
6. Gradually add all of component B (powder) while mixing with an electric or pneumatic stirrer at low rotation speed (approximately 300 rpm) for 2 to 3 minutes until a thixotropic and homogeneous mortar of uniform color.
7. Only waste the number of kits needed for immediate application.
8. Spread the mortar on the floor and spread it with the squeegee adjusted to the desired thickness.

Consumption

The actual consumption depends on the irregularities of the support:
~ 2.2 kg/m² and mm thick
