Sealant paste is an elastic, rubber -based paste designed to repair cracks and blisters on most common building materials .
Sealant paste can also be used for sealing joints , waterproofing roof details and protecting wood .

Useful information:

• Store in a cool place (max 25°C) and away from frost.
• Do not apply if the ambient temperature and that of the substrate are below +5 °C.
• Shelf life: Minimum 12 months in an unopened container.
  The shelf life of opened packages is limited.
• This product covers 2 m²/L.

Instructions for use:

1. First, ensure that the surface is dry and free of dust and grease.
2. Apply at least 2 coats using a brush.
3. Touch dry after 3 hours, water resistant after 12 hours.
   Complete hardening after 48 hours.
4. Reinforce the largest cracks with a %C3% A9roof-preparation/5676-anti-cracks-reinforcement-band-polyester-aquaplan-5413466591008.html" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">ANTI-CRACK polyester strip between 2 layers of SEALING PASTE.

1. Can the paste be applied in the rain?
   No, the surface can be slightly damp, but direct rain will prevent good adhesion. Application must be done in dry weather.
2. On what materials does the paste adhere?
   It is compatible with bitumen, EPDM, PVC, zinc, aluminum and other non-oxidized metals, concrete/mortar, bricks, and wood (pre-treated).
3. Is it suitable for major leaks?
   The paste is ideal for small leaks, cracks, and micro-infiltrations. For structural or large leaks, a more extensive repair may be necessary.
4. Can it be used indoors?
   Yes, the paste is also suitable for indoor use in damp areas (cellars, garages, porous walls).

   If applied correctly, the repair is durable for several years, thanks to its permanent elasticity and high UV resistance. 6.

   Yes, after it has completely dried, the surface can be painted.
7. What thickness should be applied?
   Generally, 2–3 mm for microcracks, 4–5 mm for larger cracks or fragile areas.

   Yes, but it is recommended to let the paste dry completely before applying or re-gluing a membrane.
9. Is the product frost-resistant?
   Once dry, yes. However, application must be done at a temperature between +5°C and +35°C.

    On average, a 1 kg pot covers approximately 0.4 to 0.6 m² depending on the thickness of the layer.
