Aqua-Plomb - Classic construction lead - Aquaplan

The classic sheet lead with a thickness of 1.25 mm is suitable for various applications in all constructions.

Sheet lead has a high resistance to atmospheric influences (such as acid rain) and is easy to process.
Produced according to the CEN standard , it therefore meets all the technical specifications of sheet lead.

Applications:

Can be used for all construction details, replacing or repairing flashings or flashings, for chimney (roof) connections, above-ground masonry, window frames, cladding top finishes , ceramic tiles, slates…

Useful information:

• AQUA-PLOMB can easily be cut to size using tinplate scissors or a utility knife and a steel ruler.
• Do not drink, eat or smoke while working with lead.
• Wash hands thoroughly after application.
• Lead is fully recycled, never throw it in the trash.
• Do not use lead strips longer than 1.50 m, so that the lead can compensate for expansion and contraction.
• Construction lead is 1.25 mm thick and weighs approximately 15 kg/m².

Manual :

1. Do not use lead strips longer than 1.5m.
2. Do you need longer lengths?
   Then fabricate a tie tab/staple joint.
   If the lead is embedded in the masonry, then you can make a transverse overlap 10 cm wide.
3. You can easily cut or shear Aqua-Plomb to size.
   To do this, use tin snips or a cutter placed along a steel ruler.
