Application domain

Sikafloor-2510 W should only be used by experienced specialists.

  • Colored coating for concrete and cement-related supports
  • For light to medium mechanical and chemical loads, e.g. cellar floors, leisure and technical premises, private parking spaces, etc.
  • Use as a resin for: primer, filler, leveling compound, roller coating, self-leveling coating, powder coat and finishing seal
  • Suitable for MINERGIE-ECO buildings
  • Only for interior

Application

Primer, mixed procedure, roller coating and sealing:

  1. Mix component A (resin) until the color pigment is mixed evenly and a uniform color is achieved.
  2. Add component B (hardener) to part A.
  3. Continuously stir components A + B for approximately 3 minutes until you obtain a uniformly colored mixture.
  4. Then transfer the mixed material to a clean container and mix again for 1 minute to ensure complete mixing of the two components.
  5. Excessive mixing should be avoided to prevent the introduction of air.
  6. During the final mixing phase, scrape the sides and bottom of the mixing container at least once with a trowel to ensure complete mixing.

Structural coating mixing process (thixo):

  1. Mix component A (resin) until the color pigment is mixed evenly and a uniform color is achieved. Add component B (hardener) to part A.
  2. Stir components A + B continuously for approximately 3 minutes until a uniformly colored mixture is obtained.
  3. While mixing, gradually add up to 2% by weight of Sika Ajustant T and 3% by weight of 0.3-0.8 mm quartz sand.
  4. Then transfer the mixed material to a clean container and mix again for 1 minute to ensure complete mixing of the two components.
    Excessive mixing should be avoided to prevent the introduction of air.
  5. During the final mixing phase, scrape the sides and bottom of the mixing container at least once with a trowel to ensure complete mixing.

Mixed method self-leveling coating:

  1. Mix component A (resin) until the color pigment is mixed evenly and a uniform color is achieved.
  2. Add component B (hardener) to part A.
  3. While mixing components A + B, gradually add the required filler or additives.
  4. Stir for another 2 minutes until the mixture is smooth.
  5. Then transfer the mixed material to a clean container and mix again for 1 minute to ensure complete mixing of the two components.
  6. Excessive mixing should be avoided to prevent the introduction of air.
  7. During the final mixing phase, scrape the sides and bottom of the mixing container at least once with a trowel to ensure complete mixing.
