Sanitary premium - Neutral sanitary silicone sealant - Soudal

Neutral silicone sealant with permanent elasticity for sealing joints in sanitary or humid environments.

Features :

• Excellent humidity resistance
• Neutral hardening
• Very low emissions, EC1+ certified
• Insensitive to mould, contains ZnP (biocide with fungicidal action)
• Very malleable
• UV resistant
• Permanent elasticity after polymerization
• Strong adhesion to virtually all substrates
• Very good resistance to aging
• Not recoverable
• Not suitable for natural stone

Applications:

• Seals in sanitary areas (on bathtubs and plastic shower trays) and in kitchens.
• Construction joints, especially in sanitary and damp rooms.
• For sealing joints in sanitary rooms and other damp rooms, e.g. ex. between showers, bathtubs and (tiled) walls, between walls and sinks, between floors and toilets.

Manual :

1. Apply the product using a manual, pneumatic or battery gun.
2. Apply Sanitaire Premium evenly without air inclusions in the joint.
3. Smooth the joint with your finger or with a spatula using a finishing solution.
4. Prevent soapy water from penetrating between the wall and the mastic (to avoid possible unhooking at the edge).
5. Method of application: With a manual, pneumatic or battery-powered gun.
6. Cleaning product: With Soudal Surface Cleaner or Soudal Swipex, immediately after use.
7. Polymerized Premium sanitary ware can only be removed mechanically.
8. Finishing: With a soapy solution or a Soudal smoothing product, before lamination.
