Kamove zinc - Cold galvanising coating - Zep Industries

Cold galvanizing spray coating with very high zinc content that protects metals against rust and corrosion.
Can be used as a primer and finish.
Fast drying and strong adhesive.

Properties :

• Effective : Particularly suitable for preventing corrosion and rust of metal surfaces.
  It seals the surface and prevents the penetration of air and moisture.
  Immediately stops surface corrosion.
  Works quickly and completely eliminates scratches, just like with galvanizing.
• High quality : Contains premium zinc.
  Adheres perfectly to iron and steel, thanks to the binding effect of the resins it contains.
  Can be used both indoors and outdoors.
• Resistant : After drying, the coating is resistant to salt, water and oils and to temperatures from -50°C to 500°C.
• Durable : It does not blacken or oxidize.
  High resistance to corrosion and wear.
• Weldable : The treated material can be welded without risk of burning.
• Conducts Electricity : Provides excellent electrical conductivity

Applications:

Can be used both indoors and outdoors on scaffolding, fences, gutters and metal roofing, unprotected tools, rusty fasteners, engine cabinets, agricultural tools, boats, pipes, in short, anywhere where humidity and condensation can affect metal parts.

Manual :

1. Brush off any loose rust particles.
2. Apply to a degreased, clean and dry surface.
3. Shake the aerosol well before use (the ball should be audible) and regularly during application.
4. Hold the aerosol vertically and at a distance of 20-25 cm.
5. Spray evenly on the surface.
6. To obtain optimal protection, it is recommended to apply 2 or 3 thin coats instead of 1 thick coat.
7. Wait a few moments between the different layers.
8. After use, turn the can upside down and spray for at least 2 seconds to release the spray head from the zinc
   . Kamove Zinc can be painted over after drying overnight.
