A ready-to-use, solvent-based, wet protective coating for all metal surfaces.
Once dry, the coating appears as a waxy layer on the surface.
Protects interior and exterior metal surfaces from corrosion .

Properties :

• Stable waxy layer : The protective layer does not peel, swell, or crack.
  Outdoors under shelter, the protection lasts up to 6 months, indoors up to 12 months.
• Variable thickness : By varying the thickness of the applied layer, the lifespan of the protective layer can be varied.
  The thicker the layer, the more durable the protection will be.
• Easy to remove : If necessary, the product can be easily removed using an aliphatic solvent such as Zep DYNA 143.
• Exceptional protection : Very good corrosion protection: successfully tested for 500 hours in extreme humidity conditions.

Applications:

Suitable for long-term protection of all types of metals in workshops and press rooms and during maintenance, production and metal processing work.
Also ideal for protecting materials or metal tools and equipment during sea transport.

Instructions for use:

1. Clean the surface of all dirt, grease and rust and allow to dry completely.
2. Shake the product well to mix it thoroughly.
3. Apply the undiluted product by spraying or soaking.
4. Allow to dry: the surface is fully protected but not sticky.
5. The degree of protection depends on the number of layers applied.
6. Wait for the previous coat to dry completely before applying a new coat.
7. A layer of IRON CLAD ORIGINAL (approximately 25 microns thick) protects surfaces outdoors, under shelter, for up to 6 months and indoors for up to 12 months.
