Normal evaporation solvent for use in degreasing fountains.
Degreases all greasy and oily mechanical parts , filters, gearboxes, injection pumps, clutches, engine blocks, leaf springs, etc.

Cleans characters, rollers, printing inkwells and offset machines.
Cleans de-energized electric motors. Flash point above 60°C.

Properties :

• Degreaser and cleaner : Degreases mechanical parts contaminated with oil or grease such as filters, gearboxes, injection pumps, couplings, engine blocks, suspensions, etc.
  Cleans letters, rollers, ink tanks of printing and offset machines, voltage-free electric motors.
• Excellent resolving capacity : Dissolves oil, grease, lubricating oil, light and heavy fuel oils.
• High flash point : Flash point above 61°C.
• Low volatile solvent : Minimizes product loss through evaporation.
  Lower exposure of vapors to the user provides a better working environment.
• Anti-corrosion : Leaves a protective film to prevent corrosion and rust.
• VOCI Free : Does not contain volatile aliphatic chlorinated hydrocarbons (chlorinated solvents) or glycols.
• Registered NSF K1 : Registration number 158364.
  Authorized as a cleaner and degreaser for use in non-treatment areas.
  A water rinse is necessary before returning the equipment to the room where the food is processed.

Applications:

Workshops, gas stations, parking lots, transport and maintenance services, etc.
The product is recommended when a high contact time between solvent and part is desired.
Ideal for cleaning aeronautical components.

Manual :

1. It is recommended to use Zep MBS 60, MBS 210 or DYNA CLEAN PLUS parts cleaner.
2. Place the parts in the parts cleaner.
3. Accelerate degreasing by using the brush until the dirt is completely gone.
4. For faster drying, dry the parts with compressed air.
5. The product can also be used by brush, cloth or spray and can be used with ultrasonic baths without heating.

20 L, 60 L and 210 L.
