ImperGuard CE Special Concrete is an innovative aqueous phase product without petroleum solvent intended to protect concrete used in buildings complying with CE marking.
It deeply protects all concrete up to 1 cm thick against water , chlorides and carbonation.

ImperGuard CE Special Concrete is a non-film- forming impregnation product, the support thus remains permeable to air and water vapor.
It is a concrete protection product benefiting from CE marking, complying with the requirements of standard NF EN 1504-2, making it possible to meet the demands for protection of concrete structures.

Implementation

Preparation of the support

1. The conditions of application and preparation of the supports must satisfy DTU 59.1.
2. Apply the product to a clean, dust-free, degreased and dry surface.
3. Rinse thoroughly using a pressure washer until the surface is free of all traces of cleaner.
   Wait 24 hours before treatment.

Application

1. Use the product in its pure state: do not dilute.
2. Shake the packaging well before use and always carry out a preliminary test.
3. Apply the product to saturation from bottom to top in 2 or 3 coats “wet on wet”.
4. Do not overload the support.
5. The surface must be protected from rain for 24 hours.
6. Optimal effectiveness of the product obtained after 3 days.

Application tools

Apply using a low pressure or airless sprayer.

Consumption

Consumption depends on the porosity of the material.

The values below are given for information purposes only:
