ProtectGuard EM Special Concrete is an ecological product, completely watery (non-toxic, without petroleum solvents).

ProtectGuard EM Special Concrete is a soaking, the support remains permeable to air and water vapour. In addition, it is perfectly resistant to abrasion, scratches and UV rays (does not yellow over time).

Use:

• All types of concrete: current, armed, fibrous, high performance (BFUHP, RCMP)

Preparing support:

• Apply the product to a clean, dusted, grease-free and dry surface. To remove greasy stains, and traces of efflorescences, milks or cement veils use Ecological Guard Decap'Laitances.

Application:

• Use the product in its purest form: do not dilute.
• Shake the packaging well before use for 5 minutes to homogenize the matants. Conduct a pre-test.
• ProtectGuard EM Concrete Special applies in 2 passes.
• Apply a first pass of the product over the entire medium.
• Allow the product to penetrate and dry (15 to 30 minutes depending on the porosity and temperature of the material) and then apply a second pass.
• Do not overload the support, eliminate any excess quickly.
• Drying before going back into circulation: 24 hours.
• Optimal efficiency obtained after 5 to 7 days.

Application tools:

Apply to applicator sleeve, short-haired roller, HVLP sprayer or assisted air pistol.

Consumption:

6 to 10 m2/L for two layers.
