ImperGuard RF - Anti-chloride and anti-corrosion water repellent - Guard Industrie

ImperGuard RF prevents the penetration of water and thus eliminates the negative effects caused by humidity : frost, saltpeter, moss, chlorides, carbonation, corrosion...

Its penetrating power allows it to protect the substrate up to a depth of 5 cm.
It also protects in the case of microcracks measuring up to 0.3 mm and stops alkali / silica and alkali / aggregate reactions in concrete.

Implementation

Preparation of the support

1. The surface must be dry, clean and free of all traces of oil, grease, curing compound, dust, efflorescence, paint and any other substance likely to compromise the good penetration of the product.

Application

1. Use the product in its pure state, do not dilute.
2. Shake the packaging well before use and carry out a preliminary test.
3. The application is carried out in 1 to 3 layers until the support is saturated depending on exposure to bad weather and aggression.
   In exceptional cases (tides, marine environment, etc.) the application must be carried out in 3 to 6 coats.
4. ImperGuard RF can be covered 4 hours to 1 day after application with a protective product or paint.
5. Optimal effectiveness obtained after 14 days.

Application tools

Apply using a low-pressure Viton seal sprayer or an airless type sprayer.

Consumption

100 to 180 g/m² per coat.
