ProtectGuard BF 24H Fresh Concrete - Water and oil repellent - Guard Industrie

ProtectGuard BF 24H is a product intended to protect facades and porous walls made of young alkaline concrete (less than 28 days) against water, oil, stains , dirt of all kinds and graffiti.

Surfaces treated with ProtectGuard BF 24H deteriorate less quickly and maintenance is easier.
Thanks to its specific composition, ProtectGuard BF 24H can be applied to hardened concrete 24 hours after installation on site or even as soon as the manufactured elements come out of the mold.

Implementation

Substrate preparation

1. Apply the product to a clean, dust-free and degreased surface.
2. Use the correct cleaner for each stain and dirt.

Application

1. Use the product in its pure state.
2. Mechanically shake the product for at least 1 minute using a stirrer to homogenize the product and carry out a preliminary test.
3. The support must be impregnated in one layer. Do not overload the support (maximum 150 g/m²).
4. Apply from bottom to top.
5. Protected drying: 24 hours.
6. Optimal effectiveness obtained after 5 to 7 days.

Application tools

Apply with an air-assisted spray gun or brush.

Consumption

7-10 m²/L.
