EPR-31P Epoxy sealer - Barrier for parquet glue - Soudal

EPR-31P is a two-component epoxy based, solvent-free and water-free primer.

Applications:

• Designed to act as a waterproof barrier against residual moisture in a cement-based screed, a concrete slab (with a moisture content of max. 7% MC) or anhydrite screed (with a moisture content of max. 5% MC).

Instructions for use:

• Allow SOUDAL EPR-31P to acclimatise in the installation location for a few days.
• Add the contents of component B (top metal can) completely to component A (bottom can) by piercing the component B can.
• Mix the two components very carefully with a mixer and a drill/mixer for min. 2 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
• Always mix the whole bag.
• Never alter the dosage of the components (Component A + component B).
• Any change in this dosage may affect the hardening and technical properties of the product.
• SOUDAL EPR-31P has a pot life of approx. 30 min after mixing.
• Apply the primer to the floor using a roller or brush from a paint tray.
• Spread well over the surface to be treated.
• Do not pour the product onto the surface to avoid forming puddles.
