Soudaflex JGS - Chemical resistant sealant - Soudal

Soudaflex JGS is a high quality elastic one component polyurethane sealant with excellent chemical resistance.

Features :

• Very good adhesion to many materials.
• Resistant to slurry and sewage (tested and conforms to DIN 11622-2).
• Waterproof, has excellent resistance to weather conditions and chemicals.
• Easy to apply.
• Permanent elasticity after polymerization.
• Good resistance to UV rays.

Applications:

• Sealing joints on silos or slurry and biogas tanks.
• Sealing of overlapping metal segments and floor joints in steel tanks.

Manual :

• Apply with a manual or pneumatic gun.
• Clean with White Spirit or Soudal Surface Cleaner immediately after use (before hardening).
• Finishing: With a soapy solution or a Soudal smoothing product, before laminating.

Repair:

• With the same product.
