Soudaflex 33SL - Chemical resistant polyurethane sealant - Soudal

Soudaflex 33SL is a polyurethane sealant which is resistant to chemicals and which is intended for making horizontal joints.

Features :

• Easy to apply.
• Self-leveling.
• Can be used up to max. by 3%.
• Excellent chemical resistance.
• Excellent resistance to UV rays and all weather conditions.
• Permanent elasticity after polymerization.
• Very good adhesion to many materials.
• No bubble formation, even in hot and humid weather.
• No staining (edge zone pollution) on porous surfaces such as marble, granite and other natural stones.

Applications:

• Sealing shrink joints in concrete floors
• Repointing of floor joints.
• All common horizontal expansion, expansion, connection and construction joints.
• Suitable for repointing work in high hydrocarbon environments.
• Hydraulic fluid, lubricants, oils, fuels (petrol and diesel): Spill stain resistant.
• Withstands prolonged contact and complete immersion (up to 1 week), in combination with primer 100

Conditioning :

• 600ml cartridge.
• Colour: Concrete Grey.

Manual :

• Use masking tape if necessary.
• Apply Soudaflex 33SL evenly without air inclusions in the joint.
• Remove masking tape before skinning.
• Apply with a manual or pneumatic gun.
• Clean with White Spirit or Soudal Surface Cleaner immediately after use (before hardening)
