Pur MC 5 - Fast curing polyurethane resin - Vosschemie Soloplast

Pur MC 5 is a 2-component, unfilled, low-odour, fast-curing polyurethane molding system that can be mixed with different fillers.
The viscosity of the two components has been kept particularly low in order to be able to fill them with the fillers.

Applications:

• Universal use for all types of molds and models.
• Pur MC 5 is easy to use and has very good hardening properties, even in thin layers.
• Very fast hardening; high temperature resistance

Treatment :

1. Always make sure the surface is as dry as possible.
2. Divide the fillers between the two components and mix well.
3. Mix the individual components well before use.
   Mixing ratio: 100/100 parts by weight
   Pot life: 2 to 3 min
   Curing time 25 min at 4-5 mm

Security :

• Always wear appropriate protective clothing and gloves.
• Avoid prolonged contact with skin.
• Tool cleaner: M cleaner (ecological substitute for acetone)

Conditioning :

• 2kg.
