STONEPANEL NORDIC VINTAGE - AGED GRAY LIMESTONE QUARTZITE STONE .

Aged natural stone with gray and blue undertones.

This quartzite transmits freshness and clarity for a style that is both simple and different. The relief of the softened aged finish is particularly suitable for interiors.

Description.

The STONEPANEL and STONEPANEL SKY processes are wall covering systems based on natural stone, intended for interior and exterior walls:

- The STONEPANEL process is only glued,

- The STONEPANEL SKY process is glued and fixed mechanically .

The complete system is made up of:

- the STONEPANEL or STONEPANEL SKY element, the tile adhesive, the stainless steel safety clip and the dowel (for STONEPANEL SKY).

Composition

Natural stone elements sealed in a cement mortar including:

- CEM I 42.5 or 52.5 N cement, silica sand, natural stones complying with NF B 10-601, admixtures, fiberglass mesh treated against alkalis, metal anchor in AISI 304 stainless steel (for STONEPANEL SKY).

Accepted field of use STONEPANEL is used for the production of coverings:

- in interior walls up to a height of 2.50 m (without dowels),

- in exterior walls up to a height of 2 m (without doweling).

The STONEPANEL SKY process is used to produce interior or exterior wall coverings, for structures up to 12 m high.

Installation is limited to an altitude of 900 m (see NF DTU 52.2 in the appendix).

Implementation

The installation is carried out using glued installation and with safety fasteners where applicable (STONEPANEL SKY).

This process requires respecting the flatness tolerances of the support and requires careful implementation, particularly in the treatment of singular points.

the glued installation must be carried out in double gluing, using an adhesive mortar and a spatula of 8 (3.5 to 4kg of glue per m²).

The nature of the elements requires staggered installation in order to limit the visibility of the junctions.

Where applicable, for the safety attachment (STONEPANEL SKY), the fixing of each element in the support must be carried out using dowels suitable for the support.

No grouting.

The angles are prefabricated or cut to size to abut.

* Natural stones are not calibrated, this is what gives the "natural" appearance. There may be differences of plus or minus 10% on the thickness and a little tolerance on the length and height. If necessary, do not hesitate to resize to make some corrections.
