CAUTION: The profiles must be installed perpendicular to the direction of travel.

If necessary, depending on the ordered depth and the width of the aluminum profiles plus the gaps (approximately 36 mm), we adjust the gap width (3, 5, or 6 mm) to achieve the desired depth.

PRESENTATION

The durable nylon fabric dries quickly, creating a versatile and acoustically pleasing entrance mat. Its modular design combines attractive looks with high-quality performance, thanks to the unique composition of technical textiles, high-quality aluminum, and a multitude of possibilities.

This doormat is suitable for any interior, home, shop, office, school, or other space, thanks to its high resistance to heavy foot traffic, up to 2,500 times per day. 5-year guarantee.

Flexible roll-up doormat, composed of aluminium support profiles with a polyamide strip surface.

The aluminum profiles are connected by 4 mm black PVC links with holes that allow dirt to escape and a rubber strip that provides sound insulation and an anti-slip function.

An ingenious aluminum structure houses an acoustic anti-slip layer and ensures better absorption of moisture and dirt which is easily vacuumed up after rolling up the doormat.

CHOICE OF DOORMAT FRAME

When ordering a custom-made frame, you must specify the frame's external dimensions . Our technical department will then calculate the usable dimensions of the doormat.

To compensate for the thickness of the doormat frame, it may be necessary to level the bottom of the doormat (using a leveling compound such as Egaline) or add a rubber underlay of a few millimeters; see "RUB - Rubber underlay for entrance doormats" on this page.

TESTS

In collaboration with Ghent University

Fire test: The doormat corresponds to category Bfl in the direction of travel, in accordance with EN ISO 11925-2 and EN ISO 9239-1.

Smoke test: The doormat meets category S1

Lightfastness: Resistance to photodegradation. Produced according to ISO 105 B02(1994) with a result in category 6-7, where category 8 is the best result (2002).

Wronz Test: Heavy wear test. The doormat achieves a value of 25,000, i.e., the equivalent of 500,000 to 1,200,000 uses. We can provide test reports 02-796C, 02-797C, and 02-798C.

Static load test: The doormat withstands a pressure of 600 kg per cm². We can provide test reports 03-601 and 03-601 bis. There are no restrictions on load caused by normal foot traffic, trolleys, and wheelchairs. For heavy traffic, rotating movements should be avoided; otherwise, the manufacturer always recommends using a protective panel.

Moisture absorption test: The doormat has a moisture absorption capacity exceeding 1000 ml/m². We can provide test reports 02-796B, 02-797B, and 02-798B.


Fire and smoke tests were carried out according to the EN 13501-1 (2007+A1:2009) classification. The products were not impregnated or treated with a coating; these are simply inherent characteristics of the materials used.

ECOLOGICAL FOOTPRINT

The manufacturer is committed to reducing the environmental footprint of its product production.

For this reason, the products are manufactured using 100% reusable energy and local materials.

DESIGN CleanMid doormats are produced using Econyl® yarns, at least 80% of which come from recycled material.

   No, this model is designed exclusively for indoor use. For outdoor use, it is advisable to opt for a scraper or aluminum doormat.
4. Is it suitable for areas with frequent traffic?
   Yes, it is suitable for medium to high traffic, typical of shops and professional buildings.
5. How to care for the doormat?
   Regular vacuuming is sufficient in most cases. Occasional cleaning with water can be done.
6. Is the product non-slip?
   Yes, its design ensures good stability on the ground, especially when it is embedded.
