Elixroad - Bituminous coated marking paint - Owatrol

Single-component paint for bituminous coatings, based on solvent-based acrylic resin without primer, professional formulation to road standards that can receive a dusting of retroreflective glass beads .

Properties :

• Very high resistance to moderate traffic. Excellent gripping power. Great covering power. Good brightness. UV resistant color.
• Avoids the formation of dust on slabs/concrete screed.
• Yields vary greatly depending on the thickness applied (minimum 500 g/m²).
• Yield of 1 to 2 m² per kg, very variable according to the porosity of the support and the thickness. 1kg = 10 to 20 linear meters of strip width 10 cm.

Application :

1. Mix well before application.
   It is possible to dilute the paint slightly to adapt it to the conditions and application methods.
2. Apply at temperatures between 10 and 25°C, without risk of rain within 3 hours. RH < 80%
3. Apply in a thick coat (up to 500 microns), with a brush, roller or professional Airless spray gun.
   Do not seek to fill in the relief of the asphalt.
4. The paint can receive a dusting of glass beads for a reflective effect (Apply immediately after applying the paint, on the cool).
