Textrol Pro - Special Saturator for softwood - Owatrol Pro

Long-lasting transparent " oiled appearance " non-film-forming protection , on prepared wood .

Properties :

• Retains the natural look of wood.
• Non-filmogenic - does not flake or peel over time.
• Colorless or tinted.
• Does not darken under UV.
• Easy to use.
• Easy and quick maintenance, without gumming, sanding or stripping.
• Practical performance will vary with type, surface condition and absorbency as well as mode of application.
  10 to 12 m² per liter and per coat.
  About 5 m²/L in a multilayer system.

Application :

1. Do not dilute.
   Mix the product well before and during application.
2. Apply a top coat of Textrol pro in the direction of the grain of the wood and over the total length of the plank.
3. Apply a second coat when the wet appearance of the wood disappears (approximately 15 to 30 minutes).
4. Never let dry between coats.
   Apply ""fresh on fresh"".
5. Repeat the operation until the substrate is saturated (wood refuses).
6. In case of excess product on the surface, smoothing is always recommended to improve penetration and give a uniform appearance.
   Textrol pro must be in the wood and not on the surface.
7. If applied by spray gun, immediate smoothing.
8. Commissioning terraces, pontoons: normal traffic 48 to 72 hours.

• Direct on prepared wood.
• Soft wood treated (autoclave, excluding oleothermy) or not.
