PolyBlue is a high quality construction panel shower tray , suitable for creating a waterproof walk-in shower, quickly and easily.

• Built-in and has a particularly low installation height.

The panel forms the perfect support for all types of tiling and plastering .

Supplied with an integrated stainless steel linear drainage spout and a stainless steel tiling grate.

Extruded polystyrene (XPS) foam has high compressive strength and is non-deformable.

Thanks to the integrated fiberglass mesh, the surface forms a strong bonding base for laying the tiles.

The combination of the coating and the PolyBlue adhesive putty guarantees a 100% waterproof finish.

* Quick, easy and light:

The panels are very strong, stable and light;

They are easy to transport and operate by one person.

Storage and handling:

• Indoor building panels should be stored in a dry, horizontal, flat place and should not be exposed to prolonged sunlight.
• During installation, the panels must remain dry.
• Avoid damaging edges, corners and surfaces during installation.
• When installing, use personal protective equipment, such as a dust mask and safety glasses.

Implementation :

1. Prepare the support to accommodate the shower tray and its siphon.
2. Cut the construction panels to the desired dimensions using a saw, circular saw or cutting knife.
3. Apply the appropriate glue depending on your support to glue the shower tray.
4. Install the channel and the siphon to finalize the shower tray.

1. For logistical reasons: orders that are too small or too light may be declined.
2. All orders with problematic logistics or too low can be collected directly by the customer after agreement. :-).
