PVC primer + Mekp - Polyester resin primer - Vosschemie Soloplast

PVC primer is a 2-component pre-accelerated primer based on isoneopentylglycolic acid .

• Provides better adhesion to PVC.

Applications:

• Bonding layer for bonding on PVC.
• As an additional waterproofing, finishing and chemical resistant layer.
• Can be applied to all skimmers, injection nozzles, light holders, ... to continue working with polyester/vinyl ester and glass veil.

Treatment :

1. Mix the resin with 2-3% Mekp hardener.
2. Brush or spread it as thick as possible.
3. Pot life: approx. 15-20 min at 20°C.
4. Always make small amounts, relative to the pot life.
   The resin remains slightly tacky for better adhesion to the laminate.
5. Recoatable after 1-2 hours.
   Processing temperature: 18-25°C.

Security :

• Always wear appropriate protective clothing and gloves.
• Avoid prolonged contact with skin.
• Tool cleaner: M cleaner (ecological substitute for acetone)
• This product contains styrene and should therefore be handled in accordance with safety regulations.

Conditioning :

• 250g, 1kg.
