T35-1 - Polyester top coat - Vosschemie Soloplast

T35-1 is a polyester resin based topcoat containing isophthalic acid and neopentyl glycol , which after curing has good chemical, UV and extremely water resistant properties.

Applications:

• Is a high quality topcoat with very good mechanical properties.
• Is mainly used for swimming ponds, water parks, boats, reservoirs, etc. where high impact resistance and good water and UV resistance are required.

Treatment :

1. Viscosity is default set for brush or roller application.
2. Stir the top coat well before use, avoid mixing air bubbles into the resin.
   The temperature of the topcoat, work area and substrate should be 18-25°C. to constitute.
3. Humidity can fluctuate at a maximum of around 85%. Add 2-3% MEKP hardener. Make sure to mix well.
   The pot life is 15 min at 20°C.
4. Create small quantities depending on processing time.

Note : All polyesters can be slowed down with an inhibitor.

Security :

• Always wear appropriate protective clothing and gloves.
• Avoid prolonged contact with skin.
  Tool cleaner: M cleaner (ecological substitute for acetone)
• This product contains styrene and should therefore be handled in accordance with safety rules.

Conditioning :

• 1kg.
• 5kg.
• 20kg.

The amounts in grams below are the same as in ml.
