Epoxy repair kit is a solvent-free and odorless 2-component epoxy resin for the treatment of glass, aramid and carbon fibres.

• Used where solid constructions are required.
• Hardens without touching the surface.

Applications:

• As a high quality laminating resin on various surfaces.
• Adheres to metal, steel, aluminum, wood, epoxy and polyester.
• Colorless laminating resin with thixotropic properties.
• As a binder resin or binder for fillers such as Aerocell, sand or quartz sand.
• Can be colored with EP-Pigments (5%).

Treatment :

1. Mix the two components in a weight ratio of 100/44 or a volume ratio of 100/50.
   Pot life: 45 min at 23°C.
2. Can be mechanically charged after 7 hours.
   Processing temperature: 15-25°C.
3. Full hardening after 7 days.
4. Apply by brush or roller.
5. Do not finish too large quantities at a time depending on processing time.
6. Increased temperature resistance can be obtained by post-tempering.

Security :

• Always wear appropriate protective clothing and gloves.
• Avoid prolonged contact with skin.
• Tool cleaner: M cleaner (ecological substitute for acetone.)
