Douchepasta + Mekp - Coating with polyester fibre - Vosschemie Soloplast

Douchepasta is a 2-component, filled and flexible fiberglass sealing paste based on a special water-resistant polyester resin.
For fast and durable sealing on various surfaces such as PUR plates, PIR plates, PVC, wood, stone, occupation, cement, Knauf or Yton or other fast building blocks.

Applications:

• Can be used in construction, especially for seamless waterproofing of walls and shower floors.
• For fixing, filling and radiating in walk-in showers.
• Shower Paste has increased elasticity and impact resistance and is resistant to water and most diluted chemicals including soaps, alcohols and many products used in the bathroom.
• Thanks to the gray color, this gives optical color control during application.
• The Mekp hardener is included with Douchepasta

Treatment :

1. The surface must always be dry, free of dust and grease.
2. If the surface is damp, you must use the G4 PRIMER type primer.
3. Mix the paste with 2-3% liquid Mekp hardener and apply this mixture with a trowel or spatula.
4. Can already be charged after 2-3 hours.
   Pot life: 50-60 min at 20°C.
   Temp. : 18-25°C.
5. Can optionally also be cured at lower temperatures, with the addition of more hardener or additional accelerator.
6. Always create quantities proportional to processing time.
7. Hardens in 24 hours and is then water resistant. The waiting time between the G4 and the Shower Paste is at least an hour and a half with a maximum of 6 hours.
8. The shower paste remains slightly tacky on the surface, for better adhesion with the tile primer.
9. Then treat with a suitable primer (primer) before laying the tiles, e.g. type (Ceresit CN 94 bonding primer)

Security :

• Always wear appropriate protective clothing and gloves.
• Avoid prolonged contact with skin.
• Tool cleaner: M cleaner (ecological substitute for acetone).
• This product contains styrene and should therefore be handled in accordance with safety rules.
