Eco hars + Mekp - Styrene-free laminating resin - Vosschemie Soloplast

Eco hars is a liquid resin specially developed and produced by V-Sure based on Surester.
This resin does not contain solvents or styrene.

• It is a completely solvent-free resin.
• V-Sure Eco is odorless and ideal for treatment in studios and workshops.
• You can work safely in closed spaces or in the academy.
• You treat this resin like a standard polyester resin or vinyl ester and also add the Mekp hardener.

Applications:

• As a standard laminating resin for all types of laminates with improved impact resistance.
• Especially for general applications including the coating of EPS foam or other solvent sensitive foams.
• Adheres to polyester and fiberglass, wood and concrete.
• For the production of water resistant moldings such as statues and figures.

Treatment :

1. Mix the resin with 2-3% Mekp hardener.
2. Pot life: 35-40 minutes.
   Always make small amounts, relative to the pot life.
3. The resin can be treated with a brush or a roller.
4. The resin hardens without touching.
5. The sticky layer on the surface after curing disappears after 24 hours.
   Processing temperature: 18-25°C.
6. Can be colored with 5-20% polyester pigment.

Security :

• Always wear appropriate protective clothing and gloves.
• Avoid prolonged contact with skin.
• Tool cleaner: M cleaner or acetone
• Hand cleaner: Slig hand cleaner (Stockhausen soap)
