Epoxy fiberglass filler - Repair filler - Vosschemie Soloplast

Epoxy Filberglass Filler is a 2-component epoxy-based solvent-free fiber filler.
This sealant can be applied in layer thicknesses up to 10 mm without shrinkage.

Applications:

• Excellent for repairing damage above and below the waterline of steel, hardwood, polyester and concrete.
• Excellent for repairing osmosis on polyester boats.
• It is best to pre-treat aluminum, steel and GRP surfaces first with Epoy Light Primer.
• Tint:

Treatment :

1. The surface must be clean, dry and free of grease.
2. Mix the two components in a volume ratio of 2:1 or 100:50 by weight and process within 50 min at 20°C.
3. Apply with a spatula.
   Depending on the surface and quality, sand, sand or use a light primer.
4. Can be sanded after 16 hours at 20°C.
5. Never treat below 10°C.

Note : Do not add more hardness than indicated.

Security :

• Always wear appropriate protective clothing and gloves.
• Avoid prolonged contact with skin.
• Tool cleaner: M cleaner (ecological substitute for acetone.)

Conditioning :

• 750g, 7.5kg.
