Polish S05 one step heavy cut & gloss - Polishing paste - Vosschemie Soloplast

Polish S05 is a one-step polishing paste for sanding and polishing a surface made of polyester, epoxy, polyurethane and other lacquers as well as plexiglass.

• Contains a fine grain which also eliminates fine scratches after sanding with P800.

Applications:

• As a deep cleaner for polyester, epoxy and polyurethane.
• Can also be used on Plexiglas.
• No additional polishing material should be used.

Treatment :

1. It is best to apply this abrasive paste with a polishing pad or lamb's wool and a polisher.
2. Start with a speed of 800-1000 rpm until the dough changes color and texture.
3. Slowly increase the speed to a maximum of 1800 rpm and apply additional pressure to the surface.
4. Doesn't stick or splatter.
5. Can also be applied manually.
6. Processing temperature: 15 - 25°C Then treat the surface with SL S5 Rapid Wax or SL S4 Protective Wax for long-lasting protection.

Tip : When waxing the hull, it is recommended to cover the waterline with a wide tape.
Indeed, wax can affect the adhesion of new layers of antifouling.
