Lithofin MN Betoncoating -black- is a ready-to-use, water-based coating designed to revive, protect and beautify concrete clinkers .

It provides a shiny finish and makes maintenance easier.

Easy to apply (roller or brush), durable, and available in 1 L or 5 L formats, this product combines aesthetics and performance.

Handle with care (may cause allergic reactions before drying), store away from frost

Application :

• For sealing, protecting and coloring concrete clinkers (black, anthracite) outdoors. Substrates: concrete clinkers Note: Slip resistance may be affected.
• Not suitable for glass, polished surfaces or other dense surfaces. For surfaces subject to heavy mechanical stress.

Instructions for use:

1. Protect adjacent objects and surfaces from splashes (tape or blanket).
2. Remove efflorescence, cement and lime residues with Lithofin MURO (dilution 1:20).
3. Protect acid-sensitive surfaces. Application: The surface must be clean, free of oil and grease and perfectly dry.
4. It is strongly recommended to test on a surface. Shake the product well and pour it into a bucket or paint tray.
5. If necessary, finish corners, edges, and bevels with a brush. Apply evenly with a roller. Once the surface is dry (1-2 hours), apply another thin coat. Allow to dry.
6. Protect the surface from rain for at least 3 hours. After 48 hours, the surface is fully chargeable.

Application tools:

• Foam roller, short-pile roller, paintbrush.

Processing temperature:

• The temperature of the surfaces to be treated must be between 15°C and 25°C.

Yield :

• Approximately 15-25m²/L, depending on the surface.

Storage :

• Close and store in a cool, dry, frost-free place. Keeps for 3 years.
