Perfectly transparent hybrid polymer- based bonding and sealing putty for bonding and sealing almost any material on almost any surface requiring transparency.

Applications:

• Transparent bonding in interior and exterior applications where colored glue would interfere.

Instructions for use:

1. Preparation :
   • Do not apply in confined spaces. It is important to ventilate areas well during application and curing.
   • The supports must be solid, clean, dust-free and degreased.
   • If necessary, degrease with Parasilico Cleaner, MEK, alcohol or ethanol.
   • The user must ensure that the product used is suitable for their use. If necessary, contact our technical department.
   • Remove any standing water, water film, or drips. Best adhesion is achieved on dry surfaces, but the surface does not need to be completely dry.
2. Primary:
   • On absorbent materials, the Hybrid & PU Primer (transparent or black, drying time approx. 15 min.) is recommended.
3. Laid :
   • Apply the product by extruding a bead or dots onto the substrate or the element to be glued. The beads should be applied in vertical strips in parallel, so that the humidity between the beads can polymerize the adhesive.
   • Assemble the materials as quickly as possible (maximum within 10 minutes) depending on the temperature and relative humidity. Correction is possible. Tighten firmly or tap lightly with a mallet.
4. Joint dimensions:
   • Joints up to 10 mm wide: the joint depth must be equal to the joint width. Joints wider than 10 mm: the joint depth = (joint width/3) + 6 mm
   • Joint widths allowed from 5 mm to 10 mm.
5. Smoothing:
   • Smooth before skin formation with Perfect Joint Tooling Liquid Smoothing Agent and/or the Perfect Joint Tool Smoothing Paddle.
6. Cleaning:
   • If necessary, smooth off any excess glue that appears on the edges with a spatula. Remove fresh glue residue with Parasilico Cleaner, Multi-Purpose Super Cleaner or Cleaning Wipes.
   • After hardening, mechanically remove the hardened elements.
7. Paint :
   • Can be painted after curing with most water-based and solvent-based paints. Curing time depends on joint dimensions.
   • After 48 hours, the surface must first be cleaned before it can be painted.
   • Given the wide variety of paint types available, it is recommended to test the compatibility between the sealant and the paint beforehand.
   • When using alkyd-based paints, drying time can be extended.

Packaging:

• 310 ml cartridge: Transparent
