Fix ALL Turbo is a neutral and elastic SMX polymer-based sealant and adhesive with rapid strength development. Fix ALL Turbo is a KOMO-certified fixing adhesive based on BRL3107.

Chemical resistance:

Good resistance to (salt) water, aliphatic solvents, hydrocarbons, ketones, esters, alcohols, dilute inorganic acids and alkalis. Poor resistance to aromatic solvents, concentrated acids, chlorinated hydrocarbons.

Supports:

Types: all common building surfaces, treated wood, aluminum, natural stone, plastics, ... Condition: non-deformable, clean, dry or slightly damp, dust-free and grease-free.

Pretreatment: Apply Primer 150 to porous surfaces. Prepare non-porous surfaces with a Soudal activator or cleaner (see technical data sheet).

Fix ALL Turbo has been tested on several metal substrates: stainless steel, AlMgSi1, electrolytically galvanized steel, ALCuMg1, zinc-plated steel, AlMg3, and ST1403 steel. Fix ALL Turbo also exhibits excellent adhesion to the following plastic substrates: polystyrene, polycarbonate (Makrolon®), PVC, ABS, polyamide, PMMA, epoxy-reinforced fiberglass, and polyester. During the production of synthetic materials, release agents are very often used. It is necessary to remove all these materials before bonding or installing the sealant. To ensure optimal adhesion to these substrates, it is recommended to treat the surface with Surface Activator. NOTE: When bonding curved (stressed) plastic substrates such as polycarbonate (Makrolon or Lexan) and PMMA (Plexiglas), there is a risk of crazing (crevice formation). It is not recommended to use Fix ALL Turbo in this type of application.

Not suitable for PE, PP, PTFE (Teflon®) and bituminous surfaces. A preliminary adhesion and compatibility test on all substrates is recommended.

1. What is the difference between Fix ALL Turbo and Fix ALL High Tack?
   Fix ALL Turbo offers ultra-fast drying and a final set in 20 minutes. Fix ALL High Tack provides very high initial tack but slower drying. For immediate and quick installation, choose Turbo. For very heavy materials, choose High Tack.
2. Can Fix ALL Turbo be used outdoors?
   Yes, it is perfectly resistant to UV rays, rain, frost and temperature variations.
3. Can you paint on Fix ALL Turbo?
   Yes, after complete polymerization, the surface can be painted with most paints.
4. Can it replace a screw or a dowel?
   For light to medium loads, yes. For heavy loads or structural applications, it is advisable to combine it with mechanical fastening.
5. Can natural stone be glued?
   Yes, Fix ALL Turbo is very suitable because it does not stain natural stone.
6. What are the opening hours for working?
   Approximately 10 minutes depending on ambient temperature and humidity.
7. Does Fix ALL Turbo work on wet surfaces?
   Yes, as long as the surface isn't dripping wet. It adheres very well to slightly damp surfaces.
8. Can it be used as a sealant?
   This product is primarily a sealant and adhesive. For flexible or watertight joints, use Fix ALL Flexi.
9. Is it heat resistant?
   Yes, once dry, from -40°C to +90°C.
10. What is the yield of a cartridge?
    Approximately 8–12 meters of cord depending on nozzle width and application type.
