Paracol PVC PVC - PVC adhesive for rapid bonding of hard PVC - DL chemicals

PVC adhesive for bonding rigid PVC drain pipes, accessories and gutters with a tight or pressure fit. For bonding PVC drain pipes with an outer diameter of up to 160 mm and pressure pipes with an outer diameter of up to 90 mm and a nominal pressure of 16 bar. Also suitable for ABS.

Applications:

• Bonding of hard PVC pipes, fittings and gutters with a tight or press fit in pressure and discharge systems. Suitable for pipes with a maximum tolerance of 0.3 mm gap fit and 0.2 mm press fit.
• Bonding of hard PVC pressure pipes with an external diameter of less than or equal to 90 mm and a maximum pressure class of PN16 (nominal pressure of 16 bars).
• Bonding in sanitary applications and interior sewers in ABS and hard PVC.

Instructions for use:

1. Preparation
   • Surfaces must be solid, dry and free from dust and grease.
   • If necessary, degrease with Parasilico Cleaner, MEK, alcohol or ethanol.
   • The user must ensure that the product used is suitable for their use. If necessary, contact our technical department.
2. Laid
   • Apply the glue quickly and evenly in the longitudinal direction on the two parts to be joined (thick layer on the end of the pipe, thin layer on the socket).
   • Join the pieces immediately without twisting.
   • Remove excess glue immediately.
   • Do not load the connection for the first 10 minutes.
   • In cold weather, the glue should be as close as possible to the temperature of the pipe to be glued, to avoid condensation forming on the applied glue. If necessary, bring the surfaces to be glued to the correct temperature.
3. Cleaning:
   • Excess, uncured product can be removed with Parasilico Cleaner
   • With PVC Cleaner Strong
   • With Cleaning Wipes.
