Repamix M30 - Repair mortar - PTB Compaktuna

Repamix M30 (PTB-Repair mortar) is a ready-to-use universal product, intended for small and medium-sized concrete or masonry repairs , both on a vertical and horizontal plane.

Features :

• Composed of different kinds of carefully selected sand and cement, all enriched with premium additives, which thus give the product superior quality properties.
• Bonding layer and covering layer.
• Excellent adhesion, very high impermeability and remarkable final resistance.
• Accelerated hardening and extremely minimal shrinkage.

Manual :

1. The work is carried out on a clean, healthy surface free of dust and oils.
2. It is necessary to completely derust the iron frame p. ex. Using a steel brush, remove loose particles and treat the surface with anti-rust paint.
   Then the support will be moistened.
3. The application of Repamix M30 is carried out in two layers.

Adhesion layer

1. The dry mortar must be mixed with water until a slip that can be spread is obtained (± 15% water).
2. After careful mixing, the mortar thus obtained must rest for 5 minutes.
3. Then the mortar must be mixed intensively again.
4. This slip will be applied using a brush to the areas to be repaired.
   Let it freeze.

Final coat

1. The dry mortar must be mixed with water until a thick, homogeneous and plastic mortar is obtained (± 10% water).
2. After careful mixing, the resulting mortar is left to rest for 5 minutes.
3. Then the mortar is stirred intensively again.
4. The mortar is applied to the still wet adhesive layer using a trowel.
5. Then adhere and compact with a trowel, or level using a wet trowel.
6. The covering layer will be applied in a thickness of 2 to 20 mm.
7. After the repair has dried, you can paint the touched-up areas using our POLYCOLORIT exterior paint.

Consumption :

• Bonding layer: thickness ± 2 mm = ± 3 kg/m²
• Final coat: ± 2 kg/mm/m²

Usage time:

± 15 mins.

Mix ratio:

• Cling layer: ± 3.75 L of water per 25 kg bag (± 15%)
• Final layer: ± 2.5 L of water per 25 kg bag (± 10%)

Conditioning :

5 kg and 25 kg: Gray.
