Egaliser-EN Plus C30 is a dry powder, to which you simply add water to obtain a fast leveling mortar , which can be used indoors .

Features :

By simply adding water, a self-leveling mortar is obtained with the following main properties:

Support

Requirements placed on the support

1. The application will always be done on a raw, clean, sound surface, free of dust, traces of oil and loose particles.
   Suitable substrates include screed, raw concrete, precast concrete elements, mortar layers, floors with underfloor heating (not in operation), existing tiles, ...
2. First, smooth surfaces (e.g., polished concrete) must be sanded.
3. Do not use on wet floors or floors with rising damp, on unstable surfaces or outdoors.
4. When applying to floors with underfloor heating, the residual moisture content must be ≤ 1.8% MC (Carbide Method).

Base layers

1. Coat absorbent substrates such as cement screeds, rapid cement screeds and raw concrete with PRIMER PO or with a solution comprising 1 part COMPAKTUNA (PRO) and 3 parts water.
2. First coat non-absorbent, smooth and waterproof substrates, such as ceramic coatings or smooth concrete, with Application
3. EQUALISER-EN PLUS C30 is prepared with ±22% water, i.e. ±5.5 L of water per 25 kg bag depending on the desired consistency.
   For each 25 kg bag, pour the required amount of water into a vat and slowly and evenly add the dry plaster.

Mix everything thoroughly with a slow mixer for 2 minutes until you obtain a homogeneous mass without lumps. The leveling mortar is left to rest for 5 minutes and then mixed again thoroughly. Now pour the EGALISER-EN PLUS C30 in strips onto the ground.
It may be necessary to help slightly with a rubber spatula, leveling spatula or dot roller.
