Soudafoil 360H - EC 1 PLUS Hybrid Polymer Adhesive Sealant - Soudal

Soudafoil 360 H is a neutral and elastic SMX hybrid polymer-based adhesive sealant for bonding and sealing window films both indoors and outdoors.
EC 1 PLUS label: very low VOC emissions .

Features :

• Easy to apply, extrudable (even at low temperatures) and easy to finish in all temperature conditions.
• Excellent adhesion to adhesive tapes and films, except bitumens, PP, PE, PTFE and silicones.
• Good adhesion to most building materials
• EC 1 PLUS label: very low VOC emissions .
• Free of solvents, halogens, acids or isocyanates
• Permanent elasticity after polymerization and very durable
• UV resistance, watertightness and good resistance to climatic conditions
• Very high adhesion (without primer)

Applications:

• Ensures the bonding and sealing of Soudal SWS Inside and Outside strips between them, as well as on the structural work, masonry, concrete, plaster, cement, aluminum, wood, etc.
• Particularly suitable for establishing airtight connections to window connections.

Instructions for use:

1. Apply with a manual or pneumatic gun.
2. Apply Soudafoil 360H to the substrate with an uninterrupted layer of approximately 5 mm.
3. Install the SWS adhesive tape without tension into the wet glue layer and press it down.
4. An uninterrupted layer of adhesive with a thickness of 1 to 2 mm and a width of approximately 25 mm ensures the best curing.
5. Clean Soudafoil 360H from materials and tools with Soudal 90A Glue Cleaner, Swipex or White Spirit until the product has hardened.
6. Once hardened the product can only be removed mechanically.
7. Finishing: Smoothing with soapy water or Soudal Smoothing Product before lamination.
8. Repair: With the same product.
