Soudaseal Cleanroom - Hybrid polymer mastic for cleanrooms - Soudal

Soudaseal Cleanroom is a mastic-adhesive, based on SMX hybrid polymer, neutral and elastic, for any bonding or repointing.
Ideal for sealing and bonding in specialized applications (hospitals, laboratories, pharmaceutical industry, clean rooms, etc.) as well as in applications likely to come into direct contact with foodstuffs.

• Permanent elasticity after polymerization and very durable
• Good adhesion to most substrates, even slightly damp
• Can be painted with water-based systems
• Virtually odorless
• Very low emissions, EC1 PLUS R certified
• Insensitive to mold
• Does not contain solvents, isocyanates, acids, halogens or toxic components
• Excellent resistance to UV rays and all weather conditions

Applications:

• Sealing and bonding in specialized applications (hospitals, laboratories, pharmaceutical industry, clean rooms etc...).
• Sanitary applications.
• Structural bonds in vibrating applications.
• Repointing of floor joints.
• Sealing of various types of panels, such as HPL panels.

Manual :

1. Apply with a manual or pneumatic gun.
2. Clean with White Spirit or Soudal Surface Cleaner immediately after use (before hardening).
3. Finishing: With a soapy solution or a Soudal smoothing product, before lamination.
4. Repair: With the same product.

Conditioning :

• 290ml cartridge
