Ready-to-spoil mortar with compensated shrinkage of flowing or plastic consistency for sealing and cushioning.
Complies with EN 1504-6 sealing.
Complies with NF P 18-821 category 7 setting

Fields of application:

  • Intended for cushioning and keying from 5 to 150 mm per pass.
  • For thicknesses greater than 150 mm, contact our sales manager.
  • Suitable for setting support devices, heavy machinery, rails.
  • Suitable for sealing steel bar, tie rods, connectors (molded walls), anchor rods
  • Keying of prefabricated elements.
  • Revivals in underpinning.

Characteristics:

  • Active constituents based on hydraulic binders.
  • Grey powder ready to wet.
  • Particle size: 0 - 1.6 mm.
  • Paste density: about 2.2.
  • pH of mortar: 12.5.
  • D.P.U. at 20°C:
    • 1 h 30 in sealing.
    • 1 h 30 in stalling.
  • Maneuverability:
    • Flowing consistency (timing) flow time at the MARSH cone nozzle 12.5 mm, 25 seconds immediately after spoiling and 33 seconds after rest of 1 h 30.
  • Tear resistance to 7 days: according to standard NF EN 1881 (floor).
  • Hole diameter: 30 mm.
  • Steel bar H.A.: Ø 16 mm.
  • Anchor depth: 150 mm.
  • Displacement: under tensile force of 75 kN < 0.6 mm.
  • Limit tensile force: 100 kN.
