Surface water repellent - 238 Lanko Resist Hydro - Parexlanko

238 Lanko Resist Hydro is a water-repellent water repellent in the water phase made from silanes and siloxanes ready for use. It migrates by capillarity and attaches itself permanently in the support.

238 Lanko Resist Hydro does not change the initial appearance of the media.

Application areas:

238 Lanko Resist Hydro is intended for waterproofing facades or other vertical surfaces, but also for the protection of terraces, pool beaches, or roof tiles.

Protection of walls and floors of type:

• Concrete, concrete deactivated
• Mortars, hydraulic façade coatings
• Sandstone
• Bricks, tiles, terracotta tiles
• Natural and synthetic stones, reconstructed stones (a pre-test is essential)
• Slabs, cobblestones
• Seals of stones, bricks, tiles

Characteristics:

• Appearance: milky white liquid.
• Density: 1.
• Drying time: 30 minutes to 1 hour at 20oC depending on the porosity of the support.
• pH: 8.
• Hair absorption: W < 0.1 kg/m2 .min^0,5.
• Re-commissioning time: 24 hours minimum.
• Produced in water phase.
• Protects from water and dirt.
• Limits the formation and proliferation of pollution (greening, algae, lichens, mould, etc.).
• Blocks/neutralizes atmospheric chemical attacks (efflorescences, dirt, acid rain).
• UV-resistant.
• Increases the mechanical resistance of the surface (natural erosion, crumbling, flouring...).
• Avoids degradations following freeze-thaw cycles.
• Allows the surface to retain thermal insulation properties.
• Extends the original aesthetic of the façade, since the water repellent facilitates maintenance.
• Easy application.
• Not suitable for exposure to strong chemical stresses.
